Thank you all others for being serious and objective and providing good answers.

No problem whatsoever. However, I do think that Science shouldn’t just ask the question “Can we do it?” I think a more important question is “Should we do it?” But with nanotechnology, I don’t have any moral dilemmas as yet.
Nanotechnology Cancer
I think it is wonderful that God has allowed men to develop the technology. I hope it is successful.

I’m sure the feelings would be that of the rest of the population. Some would embrace it as a new means of healthcare, and others would be wary of having something artificial in their system. I know you’re searching for ways to bash Christians…but you really seem to be off the mark today. Other days I actually find your viewpoint quite interesting and usually non-bigoted…today you’re just boring.

personally , I don’t have a problem with it as a Christian; when it is going to be your time to go ; no one can take your place nor mine; it isn’t like vanity for plastic surgery or abortion ; if it works then it was meant to be ; if it doesn’t, your time is going to be your time; God put everything here on earth; aspirin , etc ; most of the cures come from nature ; look at medicine, vitamins etc

In principle, I’m fine with it. Practically speaking, given that the first law of programming is “there’s always another bug”, I’m a little uneasy with it, but I’m willing to be convinced.
Why would Christians have a different perspective from anyone else?
Nanotech Surgery
Sounds good to me. It’s not much different than replacing hips with artificial bones, or using synthetic medicine to treat diseases.
